Perfect for the shark and his companions
Shark?
If the place is fairly close to the Eire border, it would be convenient because some websites in the EU require SMS code verification for contacting or making purchases.

How do I find (preferably 2+ !!) people who would be interested in such a place. South of England would have this at many Millions ! Is it worth an advert in one of the classic car magazines ? ... or do I need to just trust the power of people searching on property sales websites ??
Opinions please .
Plan is to put it on market in Springtime (whenever that is ?) , but I would need to be planning soon , if I wanted a magazine type advert (I think)
Depends on how much work you are planning to put in... the easy option would be to list with an agent but as you're rightly said it will be much of the draw for a petrolhead to ring the bell.
Adverts in the right publications may yield a the result that you are after but potentially at a cost, especially if you plan on dealing with the sale yourself rather than via an agent. My concern is that you are targeting a relatively small market, refined furthermore by location.
I don't know much about the Northern Ireland property market, but based on my knowledge in the UK I would suggest listing with an agency that deals in both commercial and residential properties. A buyer looking for workshops/outbuildings will generally be keeping an eye on commercial buildings for sale as these are generally harder to find than a house to live in. This will also cover off any oddball commercial owner/occupiers who may look to use the outbuildings for non-automotive uses.
You can always pay for the agent to list in any relevant publications of your choosing.
Because looking after 5 acres takes a lot of work - most people like to just flick a switch and everthing happens. Render covers a mixture of original stone or concrete block (why on earth would anyone render on top of brick .......... I take it you are not a builder !)

Has this really been here since before Jan 2025 ??
Anyway - house now advertised (as of today) - will attach a link out of interest (if there ever was any ?). Don't be bored by the photos and the words , just cut to the 360 degree view and take a 61 or 62 sec flight via drone. (No points awarded for spotting the 928 rally car in a shed !) https://www.poolercountry.com/4-forthil ... us/1020870
