New 911
Whilst I have been on the hunt for a 356 and am still looking, I have in the meantime purchased a 1966 911. I bought it from a chap in Wales, its in full FIA and MSA rally trim. Not matching numbers and LHD, originally beige, now black. The engine has S cams, Weber 40s, it has a LSD and a close rati...

Re: WANTED: Porsche 356A
Not sure that's always the case but we won't have to wait too long to see with this one as the auction is this Saturday. A few DDKers in attendance, too. Sent from my GT-I9505 using Tapatalk Had a look at this car which sold for £53k in the end. Nice example, needs a repaint at some point but certa...

Re: Just for fun... Adverts from April 2003
Question we should all be trying to answer is....in another 5/10 years time which car will we all be saying the same things about.....
3.0 carrera? I dont disagree that it has to be something you use and enjoy first and foremost and anything else is a bonus.

Re: 356B T6
Hi, yes it is that car. It's a shame as it's a nice solid car that's had a lot spent on it to recommission it and it looks very nice in the metal and drives nicely. But the numbers are a bit of a mystery. It has a T5 body, T6 chassis number and is a 1962 on the V5. No certificate of authenticity as ...

Re: A few 911's and 356's for sale
I have been looking for a 356 for a few months now and seen half a dozen in the UK. I honestly cant tell where prices really are (i.e. as opposed to what they are advertised for). There are some scruffy ones or ones with various issues between £40k and £50k (almost nothing below that). Not much betw...

356B T6
Hi,
I am looking at one car described as a 1962 356B 1600S T5 but the chassis number indicates its a T6B. The engine is a 1600S from a 1960 car according to the online databases. Photos show the car with the rounded bonnet end of a T5....what could explain this?
Thanks
Jonathan

New member on quest for a car
Hello, after several Italian cars I am looking for a nice 356 (preferably an A but anything considered). I have been to see a few and had one near miss but remain car-less. Budget is not unlimited and wouldnt stretch to that lovely A at Robert Barrie's sadly!
