VW Up GTI

Post by dogbower »

Time to change the wife’s car, will be sad to see it go as it’s been a blast.

I know there’s a couple of others within DDK, so before I advertise it, thought it might be of interest.

Black 3 door 68 plate, coming up to 37K.

I think it’s got every option, so it might have been a dealer demo. Never seen another with everything.
Sunroof, beats audio, parking sensors and rear camera, air con, electric windows, both front seats heated, auto lights, auto wipers, cruise control, height adjustable passenger seat(yes it was an option!), storage units under both front seats. Just enough modern comforts, you phone mounts above the dash for audio/ sat navigation etc.
Tartan GTI trim, multifunction buttons on steering wheel.

It’s standard apart from-
Milltech back box, it was on the car when I bought it.
PS5 tyres all round.
Hydraulic bonnet stay.
Rear disc conversion, we had this done as the rear drums used to seize up when parked for longer than a day.

We’ve owned it for around 5 years, it’s been a great car, put the fun back into driving.
We used to be lucky to live near some epic driving roads, and the little Up loved a twisty b road. It also has served as a motorway cruiser, travelling between Northumberland and Cornwall.
The other great thing about it is it’s hard not to get around 50 mpg, so economical and entertaining.
It’s not pristine, but very presentable, full service history, I’ll be advertising it for £12K, but that will be after I’ve had it cleaned/detailed, and it’s just popped up saying it’s time for its annual service.

DDK price as is £11,500.

Can’t remember how to add pictures, but if interested pm me and I’ll send some over. I’m now in Cornwall.
