I’ve been going through my tool kits and I noticed that the one in my 1979 build SC came with this, which I presume is a towing eye?
Looking online I’ve not seen it included in others I can find, so basically wondering if it should be included?
Any help appreciated

I had one like Gunscrossed and if my memory serves me right(!) came from a 1990 Vauxhall Astra GTE.
Probably used on other cars as well though
