I have found this site whilst trying to find some answers to carb problems, it’s trouble shooting pages give lots of info that has proved useful in pointing me in the right direction. You might find the same.

This lady is a very good explainer and here she is rebuilding Zeniths from a 356 and showing how to set them up. Sadly she doesn’t check that the accelerator pumps are emitting the correct amount of fuel, but otherwise she’s spot on.
