Found this site (layout looks strangely familiar?) which is full of useful info for anyone interested in doing there own bodywork. They also have a free E-Book for download which is full of useful info.

:shock: No wonder those Yank Tanks are so heavy: have you seen how many coats they put on: must be a foot thick!

Water Based paints as well. Much friendlier than 2 pack with it's Iso-Cyanates.
