My grandfather died a couple of years ago, and while going through paperwork my father discovered he (grandfather) was never paid what he was left in his brothers will. This goes back a further 8 to 10yrs from my grandfathers death
There were shady circumstances around the whole deal of the will and inheritance at the time, and no one at the solicitors would deal with the issue then (same company)
Not looking for free council or anything, but wondered if any one here deals with inheritance, wills, etc., and would spend 5min reading a PM and could give some quick impartial feedback on whether this is something that can be resolved, or if there's a "statute of limitation" for want of a better word after which time its effectively done and gone? This is something my father would love to get resolved however the feedback he receives from various legal people he's spoken to seems to be vague at best
