Car is registered late 78, 79MY from the chassis no., but is apparently on an R suffix on retention (doesn't make sense, that should be '77, which would be cool), currently has plate VXY 928 included in the sale.
Hasn't run since the 90s, engine doesn't turn over, but he doesn't think it has seized (maybe alternator or water pump have).
Originally guards red over brown leatherette, single mirror (so would be quite a nice non spoiler early car if restored) but resprayed death blue by a misguided PO and not very well reupholstered either.
Otherwise seems solid and complete, new radiators and brakes apparently. No history. Looks like it has the wrong wheels.
So, not a gem (!), but with the plate and earlyness might be worth a look for someone.
