Re: Morgans new Electric 3 wheeler
You have to hand it to Morgan: at least these days they keep trying to think up new ways to bring interest to the brand.
IMO they keep getting the experiments wrong, sadly.
Would still LOVE a 3.0 V6 roadster: all the traditional looks, with (possibly) way too much modern power.
IF (big if) I was going 3 wheeler electric I'd have one of those Ekomobils instead, probably way cheaper. It's a (pedal/electric) hybrid too!

Re: Morgans new Electric 3 wheeler
I really like what Morgan are doing there. Mixing up historic cool with 21st century tech - "it's the way of the future, the way of the future, way of the future, way of the future, way...."
But WTF have they put that 3rd light off center, spoils the aesthetics for me, either center it, get rid of it or have 2 up there, but not like it is, it's just out of place and wrong.

I like it. I even like the off centre light.
I like the combination of classic looks with modern tech. Perhaps, we'll all be retro fitting electric motors in our classics when fuel becomes an unaffordable/outdated commodity?

I kind of like the off-set light too - I know its a bit weird, but its the sort of detail that draws me in

Bit of creative wrapping with yellow and blue and it'll be a very big hit at some children hospital for a few days as Minion Trike!King_Jut wrote:

Re: Morgans new Electric 3 wheeler
The look is growing on me and I would love one, although I think I prefered the look of the prototype
I do like the brass cooling blocks though!

Clive:
Strictly for fun, but isn't it just! I haven't enquired about price, in case it does tempt me too much. Built to order in Russia.
Peter:
Perfect to keep my my folks' place in France, and use it for the boulangerie run before breakfast
Only shame is it is a one seater... although their website says they plan to build child sized ones too...
