just wondered if anyone has any tips or what to look out for when using insurance provided auto glazers......my windscreen popped out in lower drivers corner whilst driving throough norfolk this weekend and i either have to replace or better still just re install as its only 3months old......any ideas why it could suddenly pop out ?....any advice or thoughts appreciated....thanks

My experience with windscreens not fitting is confined to the 914/4. There was a batch of screens that didn't have quite the correct curve so because they're bonded in they cracked rather than popped out.
Is this a possibility with yours? The other (more worrying) posibility is the bodyshell is flexing too much
