How To Guide to Removing Drivers Window Frames ??

I need to replace the felts and find out the problem with the regulator, is there a "how to" anywhere that anyone knows of ? I can't find anything through Google, I can roughly work it all out, but as with everything carwise, always better to find out the pitfalls before the springs go pinging across the room !!!!

Anyone help me out here ??
