What's going on here

Hi, been ages since I've browsed - life getting in the way of fun!! I've been threatening to part with my 912e on & off for ages now & I'm in that cycle again so googled what's on the market & came across this first search result: http://www.classiccarsforsale.co.uk/sea ... ords/912e/

Those are some crazy prices so what's going on - like the descriptions aren't talking about concours, low mileage, etc.?

Anyway, In the real world, despite my many 'gotta sell' moments I actually cannot bear the thought of parting & so haven't got my act together at all with pictures, logistics, etc. But this time it's serious as the family is expanding yet again & I'm actually living mostly in a country other than where my 912e resides. It's garaged, gets regular runs but I actually haven't driven myself since last Autumn.
Any knowledgeable ideas of a price range would be appreciated. Unfortunately I bought it when € v £ we're not so favorable. For me. This is Nige's old car (hey Nige) if anyone is particularly interested.

The red one is with Hexagon so that partly explains the sky high price
