550 Wheels....

Post by Melv »

....must own up to a Banham Spider....but, it has the most hideous wheels with low profile tyres....

Any ideas where I start to get some steel 15" 15x5.5" to fit Skoda hubs and to take 165/80R15 tyres.....

Would like similar to original, or plain steels, or even Fuchs! But just to get them to look right in the wheel arches would be good!

I believe these 4 stud VW will have the same stud pattern as your Skoda Hubs

They also do 4.5 x 15

you could then mate them up with some baby moons or go with no hubcaps

I can't comment on the offset or if there is space for the tyres you want on a Banham so worth checking

Thanx Bootsy! I like the steel look with no hubcaps, as near as the original as I'll get anyway.

Now I just need a f*ck off filler cap (non functional) for the middle of the bonnet and one of those streamlined mirrors....oh and a period number plate......

And I have pix, thankyou....
