Funny that - I was there too and took very similar photos to you. I liked those trikings. John Oxborough was there again with his GT40

I didn't get those porsche/covin cars. I don't get Covins anyway as some seem to spend more on a rep than they would on the real thing. However a couple there looked like real porkers - the 993 with the carbon wrap for example.
The simple things you see are all complicated
I look pretty young but I'm just backdated yeah

We didn't get there till quite late in the day, well lunch time. I took most of the photos for comedy efect i.e. the Colvins (I'm with you on that one Mark) the little camper van thingie and the mini rear wheel drive?? WHY?? Oh and the 550 thingie too. One of the Colvin owners I over heard him saying "its like a fast Beetle" no sorry it's way over my head. As you say you could pick up a good original for the same or less money, mabe they have a sad/bad home life of a nagging/ugly wife so spend all there time in the garage?? But the Trikings some of the Cobras and John's GT40 were very good oh and the Stig
