Need to move house. Not entirely the mrs idea, but pretty much essential and the only way i can raise the deposit is to sell it.

My dad always used to go on about how "I had to sell my Triumph to find the money for this house"
(back then i think he bought our house for £13000

Now i know how he feels!!!

Thats such a shame, but you gotta do what you gotta do. I'm sure another opportunity will arise further down the line to purchase another.
