poor quality workmanship

Just wondered if any other DDK'rs have had the misfortune to have been ripped of with inferior workmanship,as described in attached link.Obviously you can't name the companies involved,but a description of the extent of shoddy workmanship,over charging,etc, would be very interesting.Maybe it's a few isolated cases,or just the two mentioned in the link,or it might just be the tip of a small iceberg.
If the moderators feel this thread is not suitable,please feel free to remove it.

I'd rather not have such a thread as I know how much response and direct mail I end up receiving and having to deal with.

If somebody asks directly about a trader or establishment then of course respond privately with your views but I haven't got the time to moderate, pacify and act as judge or jury.
