A friend of mine from Liverpool has just got off the phone.
It seems that Liverpool police have just announced the discovery of a huge arms cache of 200 semi-automatic rifles, 325 handguns, 25,000 rounds of ammunition, ten anti-tank missiles, four grenade launchers, 1/2 ton heroin, 25 million in forged U.S. dollars, and 25 Ukrainian prostitutes all in a semi-detached house behind the puplic library in Toxteth. The local residents were stunned. A community spokesman said 'We're shocked. We never knew we had a library!!'.
