Any web-site designers out there?

Post by Mike »

Can anyone help me with a contact for a friendly helpful web-site designer who might be able to give me some rough idea's and pointers of what's involved in setting up my own site?

Someone I can just have a quick chat with at the moment for an overview on costings and how it actually works would be great!

thanks, Mike
cheers, Mike.

I'm abit out of touch with the area of the industry now, last website I design was about 4 years ago. But I certainly have some contacts who would be able to advise, help or estimate costs.

Let me know if nothing crops up. Be surprised if not though.

Hi Mike,

I run a few web-sites and can certainly give you a realistic idea of learning curves, time scales and costs.

PM me if I can be of help.

Kind regards,

Bob

I might be able to help, I do a fair bit of freelance web design and work at a design consultancy as my day job.

Try paul@digitalflair.co.uk
This is what did for me. http://www.advantagecovers.co.uk/
Plus if you use him he takes you up for a jolly in his microlight. :angel7:

Something I didn't realise is that its not just about making the site look good. Getting high up in the search engine listings is just as important - what they call Search Engine Optimisation.
