Actually having looked at the map there isn't much point - we'd be going south-west before having to go North -shall we just see you there?

Sladey, I know you sense of direction is suspect, but we will pass this spot on the way up the A614 to the A1

Is this car park obvious/easy to find?

Will aim to get there for 4.30

Here you go Jon ( the car park is the bit on the edge of the humber ... as you enter the port , go straight on at the 1st roundabout, then 200m further the car park is on your right , located on a LH bend )

Has anyone got an old Tom Tom holder that sticks to the window? Mine has gone droopy! Might have to superglue it in short term.

Can the Brian maps be downloaded to an old Tom Tom? How do you do it?

Can you download them to google maps on an iPhone 5? Does it use up your data on google maps?

See ya'll circa 6pm at the car park. Looking forward to it.

There was a lucky motorist on the ferry last time we crossed. Customs guys found my full fuel can and made me empty it. Having just brimmed the tank as well I couldn't fit in so a passing motorist struck lucky. Be warned. I'll be leaving the can at home this time.

You'll recognise me, I'm the only one whose navigator isn't called Tom ! Hoping for a significant solar storm !

Well I'm on my way, 115 miles done, 8.45am ferry from Holyhead this morning, if my journey so far is anything to go by then you'll need a large packet of screen wipes to keep the windscreen clean of bugs ( and a few toothpicks if you drive with the windows down. )

See you all later.
