It only went and bloody passed !! weh hey !!.
Now off to see the nice people at the DVLA and get it registered.

Thanks guys, it now turns out I am missing a vital piece of paper from the customs people, but I am still hopeful of being fully legal within a week or so, but I'm not holding my breath !
