No but he is very respected and it be a super engine. However, I suspect you would contact a number of UK specialists and get an equal engine built for less. For example Paul Bate (recently built a 1720 for PRS with equal torque/hp. I think Dave Bennett has built some larger cc engines too. Forum members Greatworth or Mike Champion could do a super job
Personally I would want to be in the country as my builder so it can be fixed by then if something goes very wrong?

Many thanks, it'll be Greatworth that does the job for me. Angus's team are very good...

I believe that Greatworth has recently worked on a Polo engine so clearly have varied four cylinder expertise.

Pps if you do some reading on the 356 registry I think you can get to 1.9 ish without the have to get the custom crank and rod etc (which is when it gets more expensive). I'm sure Angus will have a better opinion than me.

It’s a while since I’ve spoken to Andy Prill but at one point he was building 1900cc engines with twin spark conversions, not sure on full specs or price but sounds like it would be a fun little package

.
I looked at a 356A a couple of years ago which had an Andy Prill twin-plug engine of ~ 2 litre &, from memory, the owner said the engine cost was ~ £25K.
