Floor mats

My car has its original black rubber floor coverings throughout.I am looking for a couple of small mats for the driver and passenger sides only to protect the original mats and collect any shoe carried debris. The car is RHD. Any suggestions?

I had Coco mats on my other car but for the 356 I just wanted something simple that won't slide around.

Try Simon at PF911 interiors? He does made to measure carpets, assume he could do something for a 356 too.

I found some black rubber mats rectangular in shape with hundreds of 1/4 high inch rubber thin diameter stalks for a better word to stop slipage. They have been great but now years old so I will have to look to see if they have a name. I might take a photo. Work so well on the rubber matting.

They were a super buy and still look like new.

The mats were made by Classic Rubber Ltd they folded in 2005 ! The rectangular shape is 52cmx37cm
they do not crinkle in use or slip. Maybe they are available somewhere else?



Gives you an idea of what it looks like I hope.

Great thanks Roy. The measurements help as well as the profile of the rubber to reduce slipping. Will find some.
