Wonder if anyone has any comments on the following:
1967 LHD 912 from Arizona. It has 5 speed gearbox and ARBs front and rear. Would the ARBs be a common fitment on a 912?
(As an aside the car was imported into the UK 10 years ago but then dry stored. On disassembling the suspension most parts look fresh and as they left the factory. The shell is also extremely good with a little rust in the rear seat area and one half of the floor pan requires replacement. It has an indicated 7000 miles on it which may indicate why parts still look fresh.)
Thanks

5 speed box was an option along with the ARB’s. Depends on the size of the ARB’s and the COA to really tell if they were fitted at the factory.BILLY BEAN wrote:Wonder if anyone has any comments on the following:

As for the state of the car and the mileage, this can only be determined by any history of the car that you may have to back it up

Thanks very much for the reply. ARB and their fitment are definitely of Porsche origin. Did not know they were available as an option on a 912.SeanP wrote:5 speed box was an option along with the ARB’s. Re: 1967 912
Obviously some misunderstanding as I was not enquiring about value. The car has already been purchased so was just trying to confirm the fitment of ARBs and 5 speed box. Thankstakeflight wrote:It’s all down to price.
