Looking for an excellent 1980s 911 SC

Post by marc500 »

A friend is on the look out for a top notch 80s 911sc coupe...very decent budget available. RHD. Originality is important. Solid mainstream colour preferred: eg: white, black, red, blue etc. Something ready to jump in and go....

Might be worth a call to Chris at GCR Central.

He's just finishing off a full resto on a 81 black with black coupe.

Its like a new car. If I had the funds I would.

.

- from the description " ... Combine this with the relatively rarity of the 911SC"

Compared to what ?

If I remember correctly, they made nearly 60,000 SC's !

Would a good SC be cheaper than a similar condition 3.2?

I thought the freshly restored SC at GCR was sold, if that’s not the case certainly enquire as it looks fantastic.

I have a black 1981 SC just been refurbished. If you want a look at the work done look in the restoration thread under its just a little hole.
