Authenticity Question Please

Post by 100702mark »

Ive recently bought a 1978 sc targa and am keen to get it back to original. The coa shows it as leaving the factory with Martini decals. Does anyone know if it should have white or black wheels please.

Thanks

Mark

White wheels were an option

Theres a mobile "decal girl "who has visited our yard a few times. She put Martini strips on an Imprezza that some local specialist uses.Very nice job,and not too spendy either.

I may have answered my own question. Whilst trying to research my car I have just found online this great 1970s picture of it showing it sporting black wheel centres.

Thanks all

Ooh, the M42 option. Very cool. I'd love such a targa in white.

What colour is the interior please?

And I'm of the same opinion of Bert :-)

Awesome picture!!!

So now you need a '73 Cadillac Fleetwood Brougham Special and some well filled vintage dungarees to be period correct!

Has anyone else noticed the Green (Boxster colour?) SC on eBay for £22k has a number of BLU673T? 2 lower than this one.. Wonder what colour that one was originally?..

Told you I like Targa's. :-)
