Just off to try and mock this up on the bench
I wondered about this thinking that it would be a cheap twin spark system for road cars and it appears that someone has already done it! Apologies I just noticed that dizzy is a double spark but a double points system.

I wonder if you can get the 123Ingition tune to double spark?

Sadly the point of Appendix K is the cars must run how they ran in period, so as the car ran single points in period, then that is how we need to run it now....

Should be possible to hide the required electronics (CDI style) in a fake coil, triggered by the stock points. If you want to bend the rules ;-)

The currents around the system are different and can be measured as such - not sure how or why I know that!

I have a two litre twin spark engine in my cab.

Superb car!

Can't see many people trying to use the system in races.

The Stevens and Burnett cars are quickest 356's in Europe and they are standard electronics so if someone is cheating suggest they change drivers and make it worthwhile.
