Latest drag effort in the Spyder

Recently installed an aftermarket ECU to replace the stock Subaru unit. (EJ20T Subaru and gearbox). Dyno results went from 191 HP at the rear wheels to 238 HP on 17psi.
@191 HP my best 1/4 mile ET was 12.1s @ 115 MPH (1.9s 60'). This week I had 4 runs at the local "off street drags" event.
First run: 13.0s @ 114 MPH 2.2s 60' short shifted into 5th gear
two: 13.0s @ 122 MPH 2.2s 60' 4th gear
three: 12.0s @ 123 MPH 2.1s 60' 4th gear
four: 11.6s @ 125 MPH 2.0s 60' 4th gear

The MPH indicates a better ET is there, just need to get the 60' time down.....traction in 1st, 2nd and third would be good also.
