Hi Gary.

Thanks Gary.

I need to talk to you about trimming a 2.7 Carrera Targa some time this year.
Where are you based and how busy are you around May/June time?

Cheers.

Everybody who expressed an interest above should have received a mail, but if I missed you in the rush please drop me a line.

I've also put some work in regarding various colours with first results below, still a little work to do on matching detail but the projects coming along. Small request, if you have any small pieces original coloured material you could send on to me for matching purposes it would be appreciated. I do have some coloured pieces but the more the weaver has the precise the match.

Bring it on Mike B....

Hello Garry
Are you intending to have some of the red houndstooth made?

Hi Antony,

Its a strong possibility, seems to be the most popular colour aside from B&W.

Just gauging interest at present.

Thanks

Called in to Garry to collect my material this week and have my seat repaired.......

Image

....interesting to compare Garry's cloth with Eric's AFS Pepita that is on my seat.....both have the exact same pattern and seem to have the same weave and have to say that Garry's cloth is every bit as perfect as I'd hoped for and will be an excellent replacement for when I wear the current seats out! 8)

Garry talked through the process of what he's done and his future plans, incredible work and attention to detail......we're lucky to have another excellent specialist putting this much time and effort into helping us keep our early cars perfect.

Great product, great service, great guy......cheers Garry :)

Finally got a chance to take some pictures of the new material batch to share, also a picture of an original seat from a 2.2S which acted as one of the colour matches (unseen piece) for the weavers to produce the Red B&W

Some specification on my web site http://classiccarrestorationsurrey.co.u ... undstooth/

Beautiful work Garry. That seat looks outstanding I must say.

Impeccable attention to detail.

Is there any chance you have been able to source or make the rubber stops on the side hinges?
I have looked and looked and can't find any. Don't want to damage that new chrome! I would certainly take a couple of pairs if you make/find some.

All the best.

Regards
Mike
