No recommendation but purely from my personal experience (see my various posts), one to avoid,
Carburetter Exchange, Leighton Buzzard.

I ended up boxing up my refurbished Solex's and manifolds etc to keep for originality sake and fitting a new set of Spanish made Weber 40IDFs. Now that they are properly tuned, Im very happy.
