I may well have a wiper motor with mechanism that I refurbished for a speedsters club magazine article that is surplus to requirements. Let me check.

My gauges were from Vintage Speedster in US - black with green lettering. Expect to have the internals of rev counter replaced though due to crap chinese components!! I also got the speedo re-calibrated too for IVA. I used Speedy cables - not very speedy but they did it eventually (took 6 weeks +) - unfortunately theres not many other options around the UK nowadays!

My 2 speed wiper motor was from pre aug 1970 bug.

Screen surround was Garys. Careful though as the supports needed work as the hump wasnt high enough - I think you found a solution on your other one tho :)

After my recent shananigans I'd recommend a 12v gauge too! It seems like there may be some rogue HUCO voltage regulators kicking around and frying batteries...test the output is my advice!!! Dont assume it will work as required. My was kicking out 17+ VOLTS!!!!!!!
Built a Pilgrim Speedster...only down one kidney

Now for sale! Next project looms...

Only managed to turn up the wiper mechanism minus the motor itself.
