Hood to windscreen ??

I think the door seal is essential as I found out to my cost the first time i drove it .It was missing i got a new one from Chesil about £10 .The seal on the front is a totally different profile I added the front smile bit last night from some black sticky back foam tape i had handy not sure if it is thick enough, time will tell .I am taking it to a show in Edinburgh this Sunday so may find out as weather not looking great .If it does leak water will just drip into the wheel well unlike the door seal where it flooded in like a river soaking the carpets took days to dry out . Oh the joys of 356 ownership .
