Did a "Micky Mouse" rally on Sat. Not a great day as we had first ever mechanical breakage on the shark ... minor... but a broken gear linkage kind of spoilt the day. Missed a stage and coupled together a mechanical repair which allowed me to get 2nd and 3rd gear (enough , but change down was difficult to put it mildly !) ... for the last 4 stages.
You tube search with "Porsche / 928 / rally / kirkistown" ... looking for stage 1 (run with all gears) of about 5 mins 10 secs ......... I know a man who will post a link sometime.
Not the most exciting footage , that will hopefully come in Galway rally early Feb ! .. but interesting test for two cameras and new navigator (roof camera view in btm left of screen) . Softness of suspension noted during initial take off ... each gearchange ..... etc
