Southern meet 3...

Post by Robster »

Hi All

I think that at the last meet at Binfield, that we said we would try to make it first Thursday of the month...(?!)

Anyone up for meeting this Thursday?

After the winging from the landlord that we hadn't warned them that we were coming, we ought to give them a heads up this time, or choose another pub!

best regards

Yes (was thinking about this last night)
Do you have another suggestion for a pub?

So is this going ahead? If so, what time?

Cheers

Sorry for the delay chaps- you probably are allready on your way, or have aborted, but I will be up there about 8.00pm (same pub as last time)

On the upside we didn't upset the landlady this time.
On the downside 2 people is a bit poor.

We did talk of a weekend event before the years out, probably a little drive and a pub lunch somewhere. Who would be interested?

My car is likely to be off the road until about November... heads and flywheel at Andy Prills, tinware at the powder coaters, crankcase in my spare bedroom!....

But if anyone takes their cars out in winter time then I'll be there. Or how about a London meet also? I think there are quite a few of us here now....
