3 tortoises, jim, joe and jeff set out to go on a picnic. it takes them 10 days to get to the picnic area and when they get there they realise that they have forgotten to bring the bottle opener.
They decide between them that Jeff should go back for it, Jeff says ' by the time I get back you will have eaten all the sandwiches'. Jim and Joe promise faithfully that they will not eat any of the sandwiches until Jeff gets back, so off Jeff goes.
10 days go by, no sign of Jeff, but they stick to their promise.
20 days later - still no sign of him, they are getting really hungry now, but they still stick to their promise.
After 25 days, still no sign, so Jim says 'look Joe, if we don't eat something we will starve to death'- so they open up the sandwiches and start eating them.
Suddenly, out jumps Jeff from behind a large rock, shouting ' I knew it, you b******s, you couldn't resist them - I'm not going now !!'
