Hi Helen. Did you go? I was not able to leave that early as i promised to take my 8 year old niece swimming in the morning first. Would have joined you for that convoy but for making that promise to my niece.

We did eventually go. Left Leicester at around 12.30 and was a nice run down with good sunny weather and the air conditioning on full blast (windows open, quarter lights pointing in)

Nice show. Someone there said that they felt it was a quiet turn out but we had a nice stroll around and saw some lovely machinery and most people seemed very laid back and didnt take themselves too seriously which was nice to see at a Porsche event.

Here are the pictures we took from the day.

the Speedster that belongs to the guy that does the Mic work at Stanford Hall each year. (and a much photographed car - by me at least!)

Last but not least, one of my baby. Stopped off at Stoney Cove for lunch on the way back but it was jam packed and had long waits so decided to give it a miss. Good excuse to take a quick picture tho!

and finally, if its not a Speedster next it will be a 993 Carrera 2S. have no idea how yet but i know it will be one day!

And i've been trying for a very long time to explain the difference (in looks at least) to my wife. Today i was able to thanks to having so many at hand!
