Has anyone ever fitted a set to their 356, and if so, what is the best position? I dont know whether to go for up by the windscreen/ bonnet edge area, on the top+ to side of the wings about 1/3 rd down, or maybe even on the door itself. I have to drill holes for any mirror I fit so I am not too bothered about that side of it, I just know they are buggers to see things in!

Bullet racing mirrors
So, I am lucky enough to have a pair of original Talbot green dot racing mirrors, not strictly period for a '60B but I like em................

I'd wait till the seats are in - then get someone to position the mirror so you can see behind - then play around a bit for actual mounting position -
there thats my two pennys worth
