The 'Maverick' Classic Porsche Forum and Classic Porsche Club for Porsche 356, Aircooled Porsche 911, Porsche 912, Porsche 914 & Porsche Replicas. 'We join for the cars but stay for the people'
Snapper Malcolm Griffiths (regular contrib to GT Purely Porsche, Classic & Sports Car etc) wanted to try out some studio techniques earlier this week - fortunately for me it was my car in there so now I have some nice arty shots for the history file!

Certainly glad I had finished the fronts before it went into the studio - I doubt if flaking paint would have been quite so photogenic! Reckon I'll finish the back sections today too. It's starting to look quite civilised in there!

i've been reading your column with interest in classic and sports car. its fun to hear your experiences with the 912.
to quote you 'the first few weeks of being a 912 owner have been truly wonderful. i have never owned a car that has attracted so much attention, sounded so good or dirven so well...' completely sum up my experience too!

yup, pretty much sums up my experience too. think the SWB seems to make the car prettier cos i don't seem to get the same reaction to the 911
