Re: Where to get 912 engine rebuild kit

I have a set of videos which I don't really need anymore. Let me know if you can't find them, not sure what they are worth.

Seat runners swb ( the bit that bolts onto the car)

Hi all I have my car in the trimmers and seem to have lost the seat runner parts that bolt on to the car. So I am in pretty urgent need of a set so I can get my freshly trimmed (and a fabulous job that Gary has done for me, well impressed) in to the car. As always your help is very much aprieciated....

engine detailing/ factory engine pic

Hi All
I am just sorting out the details of my 912 and was hoping someone would have a factory picture of the engine or 2, I just need to add the decals in the right place route wire/pipes/hoses. Just the usual bits and bobs.
Many thanks for all your help

Re: spare wheel and tyre size

Thanks for the reply. I got the tyre fitted on a 5.5 fake Fuchs, it's the cars first run out since a full nut and bolt job and considering how much it has fought me I am taking a spare and full tool kit :)

Re: VW Beetle Skittish steering

Hi All So this has taken me a while to get sorted having a 356 and a 912 on the go at the same time takes its toll on both the wallet and time. Fun though. The beetle had a loose steering box beam adjusters welded in out of line which moved the leaves and massed with the geometry (so someone smarter...
