Reversing Lights... should mine light up?

Another typical “newbie” question…

Should the reversing light on the back on my 912 light up when I put the car into reverse? (they don’t at the moment)

I have not been able yet to get underneath to see if there is a switch on the gearbox.

test fitted a random horn to those two connectors the other day and it worked when i pressed the horn in the car.

so my next question is:

they are obviously twin horns with one high and low?

How do i know which is which and which one i need? And finally, where is the best place to get them?

Quartz watches have no soul, a watch with a movement is like a living thing on your wrist.
A good point well made.

I almost fell for one of them simply cos they look nice and that unusual tyre pattern strap too but in the end put the money towards the IWC.

The main thing you need to ensure is that all the hoses are air tight and complete, no cracks and a good fit on the ducting, the main thing is ensuring your heat exchangers are in good order otherwise you'll be breathing exhaust gases. Also is the main engine tinware to body rubber seal present and...

slightly off topic but someone here might be able to shed light on it... I have working "heaters" and there is no issue with the on and off thing. When the lever is on, there is plenty of it coming through and when off, its off. However, i do get the smell of fuel / fumes etc when its on. ...
