Brake pads for 911T?

I have recently renewed the disks and pads on refurbished callipers on my T.
The callipers are A type in the front, original M type in the rear.
Disks and pads are Brembo from Type911.
Just done 20 miles of running in, usual gentle squeeze on the pedal and a bit harder after over the miles.
Not impressed with the retardation.
Re-thinking the pads I have, good to change them while the discs are very new.
Used to have the good but very noisy Carbone Lorraine (now have a different name), but the squeals at low speed/gentle braking got too much.
A hillclimb friend is using Pagid RSH 3 in his 2.7 RS replica and like them.
They are about the same price as the current Carbone pads, roughly £400 the car set.
Another friend with a 2.4S (so roughly the same calipers) is also on Pagid, but nor sure what grade, and is happy.
Any thought, real experiences please?
