I had a couple of days to do this trip this week and did an overnight in Troyes. Avoiding all motorways and had a very twisty route that traced a straight line pretty much from start to Eurotunnel
lausanne to Troyes there are a few lovely roads across the Jura, and I know the Dijon/Chatillon/Bar road is one I know a few of you have driven. But I came in north of Dijon and hit the D959 and onto the D928 towards Bar. The road numbers resontated but the roads were lovely, if you're ever in the area.

Photos too big to upload ?? .... Marks out of 10 for excuses, ... ZERO. Big photos can be made into smaller ones (other way round is less easy !)

And the reason I was in Lausanne. The GS got left in Switzerland for a couple of weeks as I drove the bicycle home after the Cyclotour. This week made it back to collect the BMW
