How to spread your ebay listing internationally?

When I make a listing on UK's ebay (.co.uk) with all countries enabled and international shipping also enabled, the listing only shows up on ebay.co.uk, not on ebay.com (USA), ebay.fr (France), ebay.de (Germany) or ebay.it (Italy) etc.
What needs to be done to make a listing show up on all of them?

If you've included international shipping costs (& the relevant courier service to be used) plus stated which countries you're prepared to ship to (eg Europe, EU, Worldwide, etc) then the listing should show up on those countries' ebay sites.

I've now revised my listing. I selected Royal Mail international tracking included and £50 shipping cost, but guess what? It's still not showing up on those sites.

They do not always turn up on international sites immediately for some reason...............sometimes can take a few hours or even a day.
