DDK - Die Deutschen Klassiker

Has anyone got any experience with sunroofs? I'm in the process of rebuilding mine which was in a right mess with a lot of the bits missing. The cable tube is not great on the inside and is going to need replacing so looking at the part diagram there only seems to be one part number used 96456423100. Looking at second hand ones there however seems to be a variation in design especially in the tube shaping. So the question is, Will a say a model G sunroof tube fit a model F (which I have)? Are the motors the same or are they all interchangeable hence the variation in tube design? If anyone has a spare I be interested.
