i may have a slight weep of oil from my crank oil seal on a 1971 2.2T.
Is it possible to replace with engine in situ?
Looking at it by removing the silencer and supporting the engine before removing the engine mount cross member that you could get access to the seal.

Looks like the tab price on the website and the book ten years ago are impervious to inflation.
It didn't cost 200 anythings for the bits all in, I think that's how much the covers cost

I have a copy. Unfortunately mine ranges from 1998 to 2008. which covers things like radiators and water pumps and all manner of strange things that do not seem to be on the real old cars. Ha Ha.
Thanks again
