who needs a jig when you have a hoist, a few blocks of wood and a rivet gun. Not like you are going to be going fast or anything....

A bunch of other crap (according to my wife)

Obviously very special and accurate blocks of wood no less?

Well, just watched it right through.
Wish I could weld like him.
As to the rest of it?
Well, doors on a crashed car are just the best jigs you could wish for. Each cutting disc takes out 1.5 to 2 mm of metal so the car could be +2mm one side, -2mm other.
Superficially a good result, maybe that's all that matters.

I suggest many a race car has been born from 2 Cat D cars and worse.

I'll pass thank you. Thanks for posting Neil, your 'finds' are always worth a visit!

To be fair he made a neat job of it, but it was amusing seeing him using a body bench as a trolley to wheel the back in then freehand repairing it :)
