OT: bangernomics - 2001 Rover 25 free to a good home

Does anyone have need of an old banger? It's a rover 25 1400IS from 2001, 3 door, black, grey interior about 105k miles. It was serviced in December along with a new Mot. It's not really worth anything, but it is reasonably functional for an old banger. I'm happy to use it to drive even longer distances - with trips from Epsom to Bedford and Mansfield in living memory. It's been in the family since about 2004 and I may even be the 2nd or 3rd owner. But it just doesn't get used.
Mostly functional, tatty, a bit bashed. Anyone have need for such a thing? I thought I'd try and give it away first before advertising it locally and having to go through that process! PM me if anyone has a need for it.
