Generator Rebuild Options

I’m posting in the 356 forum in the hope of a wider response. I am looking for some experience of a reliable source to refurbish the Generator / Dynamo on my car.
Although fitted to my 912, the unit is the standard Bosch 300W 25A unit.
I have tried an internet search but the resulting options are limited. I have identified a company called Robson & Francis Rewinds Ltd in London.
I’d appreciate any Experience of this company or suggestions.
Thanks
Knoxy

If you search EBay you can buy the bits and rebuild it yourself for about £150. It all comes from the States and replaces everything, so you have a new generator.

As Neil says Broadway Electrical !! Super job on my starter motor. Rob did mine if he is still there. Many 356 shops use them too.

Broadway Electrical - fantastic job, Rob really knows his stuff, I think most of the 356 parts suppliers (Roger Bray for example) use them.
They rebuilt my generator, plus 2 starter motors, all excellent. They can also rebuild you wiper motor too which is worth knowing
