And may need longer than standard - to clear a seat mounted extinguisher-say four holes- possible?
Clive, no issue at all. Can you send me the distance you need to clear and then the circle will start from this point?

Please ignore the Mercedes style, did this for a friend and was taking this round to him to test in his Pagoda. Needs to see that it fits before going to the effort of polishing it.

Should go quite well inside the cabin.

Need to not pigeon hole this as a coffee holder, suits a variety of needs.

Matt,

No problem.

I need to have another batch made and then get these to the polisher. Hopefully start shipping next week.

Thanks

Tom

Cubist, happy to do so. My friend will try this tonight and then I can get them cut. I wondered why you would want two, :? my wife has yet to sit in my car. Like the idea of two per car, you have just doubled my potential market size.

I will post some proper pictures of the polished and brushed finish tonight. Took these on my i phone to give you a feel for the finish.

Mark (Glovebox) was kind enough to send on some images. The std won't fit, not sure how you could tighten the screw with the seat set up. Will work on this when I get a chance, hopefully get the first lot sorted along with the Mercedes fit and then will try and get something that works.

Quick update on progress. I managed to stop in at the polisher, dropped off the first batch to be fully polished. The second batch will be polished to a brush finish, these still need work carried out to take off the sharp edges.

The polisher is a sight to behold, its like stepping back in time. He takes great pride in his work and the fully polished ones go through a 6 stage polish with different satin mops. I will probably sell these for a higher price if these prove to be popular. I will honour the £40 price on DDK.

Delighted with the way these have turned out. The fully polished will take marks, but I do like the bright finish. It will suit certain cars more than others, I will be putting this in the 2.7 but will go for the brushed finish in the 993.

This is still to be polished and was really just a trial fit. The rails are a different set up so some adjustments are needed.

The centre locating bar is too long with the seat rail bolt, also I am told all handbrakes are on the left-hand side whether the car is RHD or LHD. The level is just catching on the holder so I will slim this down so as not to catch. The seats won't move fully forward with the cup holders fitted, only really an issue if you are carrying back seat passengers in a 911 and need to move it fully forward.
