1970 Porsche 914

Post by Mr Pharmacist »

The time has come to sell my 1970 914.

It's Tangerine orange and was originally a 1.7 but now has a sporty 2.0l fitted along with a side shift gear box.

A brief spec:

2056cc fast Street / race engine, with 2 x twin webbers, blueprints, manifolds ported to the heads, sports heads with valve work, racing pistons, hot cam etc. Its quick and goes very well!

GT Racing euro headers 4-into-1 exhaust with stainless silencer.

New bilstein sports all round, coil over kit on the rear, Tarret Engineering ARB on the front. Elephant Racing bronze bushes all round.

Rebuilt calipers, new discs and Portfield competition pads all round.

Rennshift shifter, mono steering wheel and original interior in very good condition (except the passenger back rest which isn't great, but still serviceable). It also has a completely uncracked dashboard which is rather unusual.

No rust! Structurally very good.

Bad points - it has some cosmetic challenges - paint need attention - buffing up and there are a few dings here and there, but nothing serious.

It's a good honest car and mechanically wants for nothing.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Now - £10,500
