Dynamo help please.

Need a bit of help from 68 and 69 912 owners. Those with the later 420W dynamos
I am suspecting I have a replacement Dynamo fitted. Bosch 0 101 302 067.
Could those with a 68 or 69 car please check the numbers on their Dynamo and post it for me?

68 car MY 69 Bosch Dynamo part number 0 101 302 111 is on mine if any help?
Also reads 14V30A20

Top quality Ian, Thanks for that.
I had narrowed it down to an 085 or 111.
Mine is a 067 which is the same spec and size, so I imagine it is fine.
I was wondering if it were a slightly different body size and that was causing my bother.
Interesting samba thread too, if you're into that kind of stuff
I wonder if the push connectors were Fitted to Porsche connectors too as it doesn't look as though my cables have been messed with. Or if they have, it was done well.

You know a 69 912 dynamo is interchangeable with some 12V Volkswagen dynamos right?
Its possible yours may have been changed for one of these over the years and the crimps swapped over, I have seen Volkswagen dynamos with both types of terminals.

Very possible which is why I was canvassing for Bosch numbers. Seems they all do pretty much the same thing.
As for the fan belt thing. Not really, I'm taking my time and not rushing into stupid actions. Which I can be prone to do....

Spec wise the vw/69 912 dynamos are identical so not a big deal unless you are particular about having correct numbers. I expect many have been swapped for vw ones over the years without owners realising.

Just that Timo.
This all arose as I was surprised at how tight the Porsche 9x825 belt was when I installed it.
That got me going down a rat hole which seems to a regular past time with me.
Anyway my dyno (067) states made in Germany as opposed to Mexico or Brazil, has no VW markings or part numbers and carries 712 as the date stamp. So Decemebr 1967 which ties in very well with the date stamps elsewhere on the car. Nov 67 to Feb 68 for a March 68 release date from the Kardex.
Who knows it could be original or whoever replaced it had an eye for dates, or its coincidence
Anyone else seen push fit connectors on 912 dyno?
